Lose Weight Fast Diet
I've started a muscle building weight diet to gain aprox 20lbs this summer and I was wondering what kinds of foods I should eat and what kinds of foods I shouldn't eat (besides junk/fast foods). I'm already eating tuna, chicken, and I'm drinking muscle milk 3 times a day (before/after work outs and before sleep). However I'm not sure what else is a good food to be eating. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks. Well, I have your answer right here. Fish and Almonds
About Reflexology
I don't know much about reflexology, just that certain places on the hands and feet correspond to various other parts of the body and its organs. But does reflexology offer anything in the way of help for better sleep? I've had chronic insomnia following a traumatic event a decade ago. It's hard for me to fall asleep, stay asleep, or sleep deeply, and my health has really suffered as a result. No pharmaceuticals (I've tried them ALL), herbal remedies or "sleep hygiene" tips I've been given over the years has done a bit of good. I'm planning to try hynpnotherapy, EMDR and Alpha-Stim soon with a new, very experienced therapist, but was also curious about reflexology. After speaking to others on the web, I found the answer. A very good point to use is about two thumbs above your ears turn with your fingers that point and will experience a sleep reflex
Body Relaxation
A friend once told me that scientifically humans are as relaxed as when they are lying down in the dark with their eyes closed (and not thinking about anything) as they are when they are in a sleep. Today I found out that… No, that's not really accurate. You may *feel* as relaxed, but physiologically you're nowhere near the state you are when you're in a sound sleep. When you sleep, your brain waves change and your breathing and pulse change. Now these things may change while you're lying down with your eyes closed, but your brain will not enter the same brainwave patterns, and your body is not in the same state as sleep. Lying with your eyes closed does not constitute sleep and isn't a substitute for a full 8 hours of sleep.
Reflexology Treatment
Can you give me some information about this following questions : 1) How reflexology works for depression? 2) What do you do to treat the patient who has depression? 3) How many times a week do they need to do the reflexology? 4) what’s the benefit of doing the it? 5) is there side effect of doing the it? 6) how much does it cost for the overall treatment. After speaking to others on the web, I found the answer. Reflexology brings about relaxation so allowing the endorphins to circulate and gently bring about a feeling of well being, All body systems are worked in the course of therapy bring about homeostasis in the body. Once a week would be sufficient unless you feel the need for more. You find you cope better with situations and calmer sleep better. No side effects, maybe slight under par the next day but great the next. Cost on average a dollar a minute.
Beauty Package
If you want to be beautiful then you need to be healthy, it is as simple as that. Good health means eating right and getting plenty of sleep. It also means getting a good amount of exercise.
Eating for beauty means getting a decent among of fiber in your diet each day. A good among of fiber is 25 grams of it, this is easy to have as part of your daily intake. You can eat a good fiber based cereal in the morning for a simple solution.
Protein is another powerful tool to staying beautiful even as you age. For the best possible diet protein should make up at least 20 percent of all that you eat. The more protein that you eat the more energy you are going to have to get you through your day. This great food source is gong to keep you feeling and looking good in every way.
Exercise is important because it will get the blood really flowing in your body. It is the blood that will bring the essential oxygen to the skin to keep it flushed and fresh looking. It will bring many other nutrients as well, ones that will keep the pesky wrinkles and creases at bay.
Sleep is just as essential as any other part of your daily routine. Sleep is what is going to give you that extra boost every day. Sleep is when you let your batteries recharge. Your immune system and your cells will recharge like they need to while you sleep. If you have been eating right all of those great vitamins and minerals will really pay off while you sleep.
In order to stay pretty and young you need to have a balances life with a good diet, plenty of sleep to rejuvenate your body, and as much exercise as possible. Between these three key things you will be looking good long into your life.
Makeup Techniques
Ok so im kinda confused about putting on makeup. . I know the order you do it in and everything but when you apply moisturizer do you’ve to get a certain kind so that it doesnt get sticky or anything like that ?? I’m not a beginner I just have never used moisturizer with my makeup. Today I found out that… Go a moisturizer that is oil free and hypo-allergenic. And since it's summer get one that has an spf too. Try Neutrogena.
Www. Bubzbeauty. Com http I love sleep. 5 mins is all you’ll need. Easy as 1,2,3. Stay looking natural and fresh faced yet radiant. Less is more =) School is a place to learn but there is nothing wrong with looking refreshed for school with a little bit of makeup. I skipped foundation and powder and just concentrated on concealing and highlighting key features. When I went to school, a lot of girls wore full coverage of makeup to school which is fine if it makes you feel more comfortable. Much love, Bubz x
Health Weekends
On saturdays and sundays ill wake up in the afternoon or at 1, is that bad? I do it sometimes. . And im 17. . So is it bad for my health or something. I was so glad to find this — Do you wake up early on weekdays? You're only 17, so you shouldn't be on 9-5 schedules yet, and it's pretty normal at that age to sleep in on weekends. I used to, but I was also up very late. However, they do say that when you're older, and you start that 9-5 routine, your body should get used to waking up early on weekends. Some people can develop "weekend headaches" from getting too much sleep because your body isn't used to it. I developed these because I drink caffinated tea during workdays, and I don't drink it on weekends. That combined with the sleeping in an extra hour or two, I would get pounding headaches. Over-sleeping in adults is also a sign that something could be wrong, like depression. However, its totally normal in a 17-year-old. I wouldn't worry unless you start to notice that it's taking a toll on your health.
Face Secrets
What are some anti-aging secrets to keep face skin firm for life. Essentially — Stay out of the sun, drink a lot of water, don't smoke, sleep well, eat well, don't drink (or keep it to a minimum), use an SPF moisturizer on your face, and use Preparation-H around your eyes to tighten the skin (seriously). Goodluck.
