Eating Kimchi is good for you! Kimchi, which is the Korean traditional pickled cabbage, has lactic acid bacteria. After 4 long years of research, Korean scientist have discovered that Kimchi has two types of ‘friendly bacteria’. These bacteria can help bolster your immune system and reduce your chances of acquiring cancer by minimizing cancer-causing substances in the intestine! One more great reason for eating my favorite Kimchi!
